This single family home in Villeray has received a lot of renovations over the years. The divisions have been changed to maximize space and make it more functional while retaining some of the original attributes.

The main features and renovations at a glance:

- Addition of an entrance hall.

- On the first floor, we find: the kitchen with an office space, a living room, a bedroom and the laundry room. The fireplace has been removed to give more space in the kitchen. We also find two less rooms upstairs than originally, in order to increase the surface area of the main living space.

- The large island, the bathroom, the walls and the floors were completely redone in 2014 and 2015 with oiled & stained red pine planks. The sound is thus absorbed by the boards and gives a more zen atmosphere.

- The upstairs bedroom was redone in 2016 and 2017. The floors in this bedroom date from the construction of the house. Each plank has been restored.

- The sink, toilet and wall cabinet in the powder room were installed in 2016. It is also the laundry room.

- The basement is 6'0 feet high.

- Large bedroom in the basement. The wardrobe is the width of the bedroom (12 feet) and is closed by sliding doors, 2 of which are mirrors and 5 recessed drawers. The paint and baseboards were done in 2020.

- In the basement living room we find the door that leads to the outside and to storage under the balcony. This lounge was fitted out in 2019.

- The office in the basement takes up the space of the old fireplace. Redone in 2015, then repainted in 2017.

- Almost all doors and windows were changed in 2015 and 2016.


- Roof repair in 2013 (white elastomeric membrane).

- Plumbing and electricity were largely redone from 2014 to 2016.

- Heat pump replaced in 2020.

- Addition of a central concrete beam and transverse beam for the roof in 2014.

- Extension of the front terrace in 2020.

- Covered rear gallery which overlooks the alley built in 2013. A storage space is located below, as for the one in front.

- An asphalt parking lot.

- 1 second green parking lot has been built but it is not approved by the city.
