-The tenant must maintain valid home insurance for the entire duration of the lease (liability insurance of a minimum of $2,000,000).

-The rental is conditional upon reference checks and a satisfactory credit report.

-A full credit check will be conducted at the tenant's expense.

-The landlord requires 12 post-dated checks upon signing the lease.

-No pets allowed

The landlord also requires the tenant to agree to:

-not smoke or vape inside the condo (on the balcony it's permitted);

-not smoke cannabis including on the balcony;

-not consume or store drugs;

-not sublet;

-not assign the lease;

-not use Airbnb or any other short-term rental services;

-not to paint the apartment
