Rental Conditions:

- The credit check is at the expense of the prospective tenant and will be required, along with tenant references.
- 1 month deposit. This amount will be refunded upon lease termination after the landlord inspects the unit. The tenant will be responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
