6. The TENANT must comply with all building and condominium rules and is responsible for any fines, damages, or costs, including the loss of keys, fobs, or remotes.
7. The TENANT is responsible for the moving fees required by the condominium syndicate, a one-time $50 move-in/move-out fee.
