Except to the foregoing guarantee, the present sale is made with no other guarantee by the VENDOR, and at the risk and peril of the PURCHASER; the sale price has been established in consequence thereof. Without limiting the foregoing, it is understood and agreed that there is no legal or conventional guarantee relating to hidden defects, the state or quality of the immovable sold.
