THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS MUST BE AN INTEGRAL PART OF ANY RENTAL PROMISE:

*Good credit score, references and employment/salary verification are required within three (3) days of acceptance of a rental promise;

*The credit check will be at the expense of the tenant and must be to the satisfaction of the landlord

*Non-smoker, no cannabis;

*No animals;

*The tenant agrees to respect all building regulations;

*The tenant must provide proof of civil liability insurance (1 million) before signing the Lease;

*One (1) month security deposit for appliances. This will be given back when the landlord collects the keys;

**The TENANT may not sublet the premises without the prior written consent of the OWNER;

*The TENANT shall not make any alterations to the property without the prior written consent of the OWNER;

*It is strictly prohibited to rent this apartment for short-term rental purposes (Airbnb, etc.)
