THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS MUST BE AN INTEGRAL PART OF ANY LEASE AGREEMENT:

*Good credit score, references, and employment/salary verification are required within three (3) days of accepting a lease agreement;

*The credit check will be at the tenant's expense and must be satisfactory to the landlord. The credit check will be conducted with Oligny and Thibodeau.

*No smoking, no cannabis;

*No pets;

*The tenant agrees to abide by all building regulations;

*The tenant must provide proof of liability insurance ($1 million) before signing the lease;

*The TENANT may not sublet the premises without the prior written consent of the LANDLORD;

*The TENANT may not make any alterations to the property without the prior written consent of the LANDLORD;

*It is strictly forbidden to rent this apartment for short-term rental purposes (Airbnb, etc.).
