Smoking of any substance is strictly prohibited in the unit and in all common areas of the building.

Short-term rentals such as Airbnb, as well as any form of subletting, are strictly prohibited in the building.

The TENANT may not paint the walls without the prior written consent of the LANDLORD.

The TENANT must obtain civil liability insurance in the amount of two million dollars ($2,000,000) as well as tenant's insurance prior to signing the lease.

The TENANT is responsible for all move-in and move-out fees charged by the condominium administration.

The TENANT is responsible for the loss of and replacement of any keys.

The TENANT must comply with all rules and regulations of the condominium and will be responsible for any fines resulting from non-compliance.

The TENANT must leave the unit in the same condition as upon arrival. The unit must be cleaned prior to vacating, in the same condition in which it was received.

No animals are permitted in the unit except for one (1) indoor, sterilized cat, subject to the LANDLORD's approval.

A full background check and reference verification will be required of prospective tenants, at their own expense.
